Summary, what we do.
Authority & Architecture is a static publishing website. We do not run analytics, tracking pixels, advertising networks, or visitor profiling. We do not place cookies. We do not maintain a database of visitor information. The site is intentionally minimal in its data collection.

Information we do not collect.
- We do not use Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Plausible, Fathom, Matomo, or any other analytics platform.
- We do not embed Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, X tracking, or any advertising tracker.
- We do not set first-party or third-party cookies.
- We do not maintain user accounts or login systems.
- We do not require email registration to access content.
- We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties.
Information that is collected.
Two minimal categories of operational data are processed by our hosting and content-delivery providers:
- Hosting access logs. Our hosting provider (Netlify) maintains standard web server logs for operational and security purposes. These typically include IP address, user agent, requested URL, response code, and timestamp. Netlify retains these logs in accordance with their own retention practices, governed by Netlify's privacy policy.
- Font delivery requests. The site uses Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) for typography (Cormorant Garamond). When you load a page, your browser requests font files from Google's servers. Google may receive your IP address, user agent, and Referer header during these requests, and may transfer this data to servers in the United States and elsewhere. See Google Fonts privacy and Google's general privacy policy. EU and UK visitors should be aware of this international data transfer.
Email contact.
If you contact us via the email address listed on the site, we will receive your email content and address. We use this only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add contacts to mailing lists, do not share with third parties, and retain correspondence only as long as necessary to handle the matter or maintain a record of the exchange (typically up to 24 months for routine inquiries, longer for matters requiring an ongoing record such as rights or permissions correspondence).
Your rights under GDPR and UK GDPR.
If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the following rights regarding personal data we hold about you:

Children's privacy.
This site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this site, please contact us and we will take prompt action to remove it.
International data transfers.
Operational logs maintained by Netlify and font-delivery requests served by Google are processed by providers based in the United States. EU, UK, and Swiss visitors should be aware that visiting this site results in this transfer. Both Netlify and Google maintain published frameworks for international data transfers (Standard Contractual Clauses; the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable). We rely on those provider-level safeguards.
Changes to this notice.
If this notice is materially updated, the "Last reviewed" date at the top of the page will change and the substantive change will be summarized in this section. We do not maintain a notification list for privacy updates. Continued use of the site after revision constitutes awareness of the revised notice.
